Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
